Announced back in May, the latest and greatest phones in Google’s flagship lineup — the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro — officially hit shelves earlier this month. These new devices supplant the previous-gen Pixel 6, and feature a refreshed, yet similar external design, as well as a new second-gen Tensor Chip, Google’s in-house silicon and improved cameras. And just like the iPhone 14, both carriers and retailers have some incredible offers available right now so you can get one of these sleek new Google devices in your hand for less. So whether you’re an Android user looking to upgrade to the latest model, or a lifelong Apple fan looking to make the switch, read on for the very best Pixel 7 deals you can shop right now.

The smaller Pixel 7 has a more compact 6.3-inch display, down from the 6.4 inches of its predecessor, though still a touch larger than the budget Pixel 6A. The resolution has remained the same, though, meaning slightly more pixels per inch (416 ppi versus 411 ppi). The Pixel 7 Pro retains a 6.7-inch display.

Particular attention has been paid to the cameras in the Pixel 7 series devices, especially when it comes to zooming and low light performance. The Pixel 7 Pro is getting a new macro photography mode not found on the regular Pixel 7. The Pixel 7 has, however, seen its camera upgraded to an 11-megapixel sensor, up from the 8 megapixels of the Pixel 6, bringing it in line with its larger counterpart.

The Pixel 7 comes in three color variants: snow (white), obsidian (black) and lemongrass (yellow). The larger Pixel 7 Pro is available in snow, obsidian, and hazel (green).

The Pixel 7 series retains the same retail price points that the departing Pixel 6 series held with a $599 starting price. Here’s how US pricing breaks down in full:

Google

There are a few benefits that come with buying your Pixel 7 from Google directly. For one, all models and colors are in stock, so you don’t have to worry about getting your ideal configuration, and Google allows you to buy your phone outright, as opposed to an installment plan required by some retailers and carriers.

And if you have an older phone to trade in, you can pick up both the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro at significant discounts, possibly even free. Devices from Apple, Samsung or Google will score you the biggest discount, but Google is also accepting phones from other brands like Motorola and OnePlus

Google

Best Buy has partnered with ATT, Verizon and T-Mobile to offer some carrier-exclusive deals, as well as some deals on unlocked models. Right now, Verizon customers can save up to $700 with qualifying trade-in, which includes old and damaged phones. If you’re a T-Mobile customer, you can save up to $510 in monthly bill credits when you add a new line of service on a premium rate plan, or save up to $350 with a trade-in and same-day activation on a qualifying plan.

Unfortunately, there aren’t any deals for ATT customers, but if you’re shopping around for service plans, there’s a pretty great deal for new Google Fi customers. First-time customers can get free Google Fi service through the end of 2022 with the purchase of a new Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro and same-day activation on a Simply Unlimited or Unlimited Plus plan.

CNET

Purchase the new Google Pixel 7 series on a qualifying installment plan and trade in your old phone for as much as $800 off. That means the Pixel 7 is available for free with the Pixel 7 Pro available for as little as $99.

Screenshot by CNET

Get up to $700 off the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro at Verizon with a qualifying trade-in, which includes old and even damaged devices. Requires a qualifying unlimited plan; those who switch their existing number over from another carrier will get a free $200 Verizon gift card.

Verizon is also offering $700 off when you buy a second Pixel 7 phone, as well as up to $200 off select smartwatches.
