Flexera\u2019s <\/span>Weins<\/span> sees signs for optimism, however. \u201cCIOs are in a early stages of removing a hold on cloud use,\u201d she points out. \u201cMost companies have cloud architects and are formulating a cloud centre of excellence.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not to contend there aren\u2019t challenges, says <\/span>Weins<\/span>. \u201cThey are still struggling to conduct fast-growing cloud spend, including SaaS [software as a service], program licences and cloud infrastructure. Because cloud use and cloud workloads are ceaselessly changing, this is not a problem that we only repair once.
